1st Learn PTY LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Open House mobile application (the “App”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting users’ information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data and outlines our standards for user safety, including child safety.

The Open House App is designed to function without requiring personal information from users.

· We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, payment details, or account credentials.

· The App does not require registration or login.

b. Image & Location Metadata

· If the App captures images, location metadata (EXIF data) may be stored only within the image file itself.

· This data is not transmitted, tracked, or stored on external servers.

c. Automatically Collected Data

· The App does not collect analytics, advertising IDs, or behavioural tracking data.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Any data handled by the App is used solely to enable core functionality, such as:

· Displaying or saving images on the user’s device

· Ensuring proper app performance

· We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

· We do not share user data with third parties.

· The App does not integrate third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, or social features.

4. DATA SECURITY

· All data remains locally on the user’s device.

· Industry-standard Android/iOS security practices are followed.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

· The App does not retain user data on any servers.

· Users can delete images at any time from their device storage.

· Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored app data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Users have full control over their data:

· You may delete any images created by the App.

· You may uninstall the App at any time.

· Since no personal data is collected, no additional access or correction requests are required.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY & SAFETY STANDARDS

The Open House App is not a social or dating app and does not allow user interaction, messaging, or content sharing.

a. Child Safety Commitment

We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The App:

· Does not allow user-generated content uploads

· Does not include chat, comments, or communication features

· Does not enable content sharing between users

b. Prohibition of CSAE

We explicitly prohibit any content, behavior, or use of the App that involves:

· Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

· Sexual exploitation of minors

· Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate depiction of children

c. Reporting & Contact

If any safety concern related to children is identified, it should be reported immediately by writing an email to admin@1stlearn.com.au 

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable laws.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
